Agreement and Release from Liability: By coming to this event, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily elected to engage in the event activities. I am aware that dance could cause injury; I am voluntarily electing participate and use the facility with the knowledge of the potential danger involved, and I hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death. I agree that I, my heirs, successors, assigns, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim of demand against, sue or attach the property of Jay Byam, and/or staff for personal injury, death or loss, theft or damage of personal property resulting from my use of or participation in event activities at the facilities, and (b) release Jay Byam, and/or staff from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I/we may now have or may hereafter have resulting from such use or activities. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a sport I am choosing to participate in.
